Monthly packages can be training, lessons or a combination of both. Lessons are individual 45-minute sessions. Prepaid packages reserve a regularly scheduled day and time each week.

3x Per Week $180 paid weekly or $720 monthly upfront

4x Per Week $240 paid weekly or $960 monthly upfront
